Course Description: 

Introduction to Psychology is a free course covering the history, perspectives, and branches of psychology. Students will explore the multi-faceted subject of psychology through instruction from high school students who have experience taking college level psychology courses.

Course Features: 

The curriculum was inspired by the AP Psychology course. Our course will include the following features to promote understanding of the different aspects of psychology, as well as plenty of engaging and interactive activities to solidify the lessons learned.

  1. A series of discussions on fundamental psychology topics and perspectives behind psychological development.
  2. A set of various activities such as a kahoots, mini-projects, games, and descriptions of interesting experiments

Course Calendar: 

All classes will be held on Wednesday for 5 weeks from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM PST.
